LIFETIME PATRIOT PROGRAM

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Customer/Vehicle Eligibility:

The Lifetime Patriot program is for any new KYMCO vehicles purchased between July 4, 2024, and

December 31, 2024, at authorized KYMCO dealers ONLY. Any used/preowned vehicles or purchases from

anyone other than an authorized KYMCO dealer are not included in this program.

Vehicle Exclusions: The following are excluded from the terms and conditions of the Lifetime Patriot Program:   

1. Any KYMCO vehicle (i.e. Motorcycle, Scooter, ATV or UTV) engaged in competitive racing or related use.
2. Any KYMCO vehicle (i.e. Motorcycle, Scooter, ATV or UTV) utilized for rental or other commercial purposes.

Parts Eligibility

• Parts must be required for maintenance or repairs of your qualified vehicle only.
• Parts provided directly from KYMCO and purchased from any authorized KYMCO dealers with exclusions below.
• Parts remain in production and/or available for purchase at authorized KYMCO dealers. Any discontinued parts or parts not available at authorized KYMCO dealers are not included in this program.
• All parts covered by warranty are not included in this program.

Part Exclusions:

The following parts categories are excluded from the KYMCO Lifetime Patriot Program:

1. Parts not provided by KYMCO, such as, but not limited to:

• Tires
• Batteries
• Oils and Lubricants
• Coolant/Antifreeze
• Brake Fluid

2. Special Order/Custom parts that require a VIN or Engine Number, such as:

• Vehicle Frame
• Complete Engine Assembly
• Engine Cases

3. Vehicle Controllers Dependent on Software, such as:

• Fuel Injection Electronic Control Units
• Anti-Lock Braking System Electronic Control Units
• Electronic Power Steering Systems

Other Conditions:

• All obligations, terms, and conditions of KYMCO’s Motorcycle and Scooter, or ATV/UTV Limited

Warranty remain in effect under the Lifetime Patriot Program.

• This Program is non-transferable and valid for the original owner only.
